Use product-based feedback for successful customer interaction!
The qnips feedback feature gives you useful insights into your customers' satisfaction. The feature allows you to collect product-specific feedback as well as service and general feedback. You can create surveys or use feedback terminals at the POS. In the qnips dashboard, you can choose from question templates or create your own questions. You can choose from a variety of response options, from star ratings to yes/no answers to free text. In addition, your guests can provide feedback on the dish directly on the menu.
Thanks to the clear management of all feedback in the qnips dashboard, you always have an overview of your guests' satisfaction and can also react to feedback and contact guests via chat. To do this, simply click on the speech bubble button on the product feedback page. In the chat window that opens, you can respond to the feedback and choose whether you want to refer directly to the guest review.
