Customer management directly in the qnips dashboard
With the help of the customer management, the dashboard enables information from the app and/or catering portal users to be received and edited if necessary. First level support has never been so easy!
For example, search for the e-mail address of the registered user and get information such as registration date, double opt-in status, current credit balance and much more!
As a dashboard user with admin rights, you will now find the customer management as a sub-item of "Administration".
