If you use the native android- and iOS-app, you now have the possibility to exclude user accounts from certain features of the app by means of a special update. Once this update is installed, you can edit the authorization of the respective user in the customer administration. Under the "Account" tab, you can set the corresponding check mark in the "block user" area. The users will then receive a notification via push and/or email about the blocked function.
